Looking after your battery
Charging - Each time you charge your battery, the capacity of your battery is reduced by a fraction of an amount.  The longer the charge, the more the capacity is reduced.  So, if you charge the battery from 3/4 to full four times, it will be the same as charging it once from empty to full once.
Ideally do not leave the charger connected to the battery once the battery is fully charged - lithium ion batteries do not like to be trickle charged.
Storage - Your battery should be stored in a cool place - ideally less than 25 degrees celcius.  If you are not going to use your battery for a prolonged period of time, do not store it at full capacity.  Rather store it at 50% capacity.
While on rides - Try not to leave the battery in the sun when you stop for coffee or lunch
